A Shariff

I just gave birth last week and highly recommend Afra. I had 2 prior bad birthing experiences resulting in C-Sections. This time having Afra as my doula made everything more smooth. She made sure I got the labor I wanted and that everyone respected my wishes. She checked up on me through out and gave me so many natural things to help with my contractions. I was able to avoid another C-Section.
